- level crossing warning signal announcement indicator W11p with one or two triangles;
- steam engine’s ash pan closing indicator W12;
- attention indicator for snow plough crews W13 (single or double truss);
- signal displacement indicator W15;
- railway stop announcement indicator W16;
- automatic block signaling limits indicator W18;
- restricted braking distance indicators W19 and W20 (as fixed shields);
- goods train indicator W22;
- opposite track change indicator W24 (as fixed shield);
- change of line speed indicator W27 with indications of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 or 120kmph (normal or reduced size);
- change of communication channel indicator W28 with channels R1-R9 (normal or reduced size);
- communication establishing indicator W29;
- canceled signal indicator W31;
- stop limits indicator W32 for fixed length trains – with indications of 100, 150 and 200m;
- indicators for electric vehicles;
- pantograph down announcement indicator We1;
- pantograph down indicator We2;
- pantograph up indicator We3;
- end of overhead line indicator We4;
- power off indicator We8;
- power on indicator We9;
- additional plates for track reference or concerning EMUs/locomotives ;
- stop limits indicator We12 and We13 for EMUs with fixed number of cars (with digits 1, 2 and 3);
- indicators for narrow gauge railways:
- dangerous section indicator WW1;
- attention indicator WW2;
- speed restriction for normal-to-narrow gauge transporters with indications 10, 15 and 20 kmph;
- end of speed restriction for transporter indicator WW4;
- order shields of signal repeaters.

Some lines have other signs. for example the word ‘whistle’ underneath a triangle with an exclamation mark in it is sometimes used on mineral railways.
